PROFILE OF MEMBERS OF KEY STAFF
	Babatunde Adejuwon(alias Babs) is the Principal Partner of the firm and has been described as one of the most experienced and well rounded lawyers of our time. A season legal practitioner with over 28 years experience in Advocacy, Dispute Resolution, Trade Marks and Patent Registration, Real Estate, Law Practitioner, Commercial Law Consultant, General Litigation (up to Supreme Court of Nigeria), Perfection and Registration of proprietary interest in Lands, Receivership and Insolvency, Capital Markets, Merger and Acquisition, Debt Recovery, etc. He is a law graduate of the University of Ife, (1980), was called to the Nigerian Bar in July 11, 1981 and appointed a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1992. He is a member of International Bar Association. He is also Director of several companies, including “Zenith Bank Plc”, and “Newsource Engineering Services Limited.”

	Anthony Mekwunye is a Senior Associate and Head of Chambers in the firm. He graduated from the Edo State University, Ekpoma in 1996 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in February 25, 1998. He also obtained a Master Degree in Law (LLM) from University of Lagos in 2007 and appointed a NotaryPublic by the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2007. He was also appointed a Capital Market Solicitor by Securities & Exchange Commission, Nigeria in 2004 and a Legal Consultant. Practice Areas: Commercial Practice and Litigation; Capital Markets, Debt Recovery, Company Secretarial Services, Corporate Governance.

	Chigozie Awunor is an Associate in the firm. She attended Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and graduate in 2000 and was called to Nigerian Bar in 2002. Practice Areas: Trademark, Patent and Design filing and prosecution. Commercial Litigation, Company Receivership & Insolvency Practice, Company Secretarial Services, General Litigation.

	Obiajulu Ebenezer Konwa joined the firm of Babs Adejuwon & Co. on 2^nd May 2006 as an Associate. He graduated with Bachelor of Law Degree from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2000 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002 to practice as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court. He is happily married to Barrister (Mrs.) Moureen Konwa. Responsibilities: * Taking instructions and interviewing clients * Drafting of pleadings and applications, and filing of causes in various courts. * Appearance in courts, arguments, conduct of trials * Obtaining of court orders, rulings and judgments * Writing of letters to clients * Regularizing corporate matters with the Corporate Affairs Commission * Perfecting title, stamping and registration of titles * Conduct of legal research * Drafting/preparation of legal documents * Conduct of corporate, litigation and land searches * Negotiation of settlement between parties * Perfection of sundry legal documentation * Registration of corporate entities, companies, business names, incorporated trustees, etc

	Patience Eteimere George is an Associate in the firm. She graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2004 and was called to Nigerian Bar in 2005. She also obtained a Master Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Strayer University, Washington DC in 2008 and has been in active legal practice since then. Practice Areas: Regulatory Compliance, Company Secretarial Services, Foreign Direct Investment, Corporate Governance, Commercial Contracts, Intellectual Property Law, General Litigation.

	Adelaja Shokoya is the Administrative Manager and Personal Assistance to the Principal Partner and has the responsibility of ensuring a fully functional and professional office environment. He has over 10 years experience as a Manager and Legal Secretary and brings to bear his wealth of experience in these areas in the discharge of his duties at the Law Firm of Babs Adejuwon & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Lagos State University. He also obtained Certificates in Secretarial Services, Legal Secretaryship, Computer Appreciation and Diploma in Data Processing.
